Description

A forward throwing technique where the attacker grabs the opponent's leg (typically with both hands) and drives forward while lifting, causing the opponent to be thrown forward over the attacker's shoulder/back.
Also known as 'Mongolian Front Uchi Mata' or simply 'Front Uchimata', this technique involves getting low, securing the leg, and using forward drive and lift to complete the throw.

- Deep Penetration: Step between opponent's legs
- Hip Contact: Get opponent onto your hip/back
- Shoulder Drive: Project forward over shoulder
- Head Position: Keep head up and drive through

The 'Mongolian' designation reflects its popularity in Mongolian wrestling traditions.
