Description

Named for the grip resembling a baseball bat. Both hands grip the same side of the collar with thumbs inside, hands stacked. Applied by rotating the shoulders to create pressure and drive the opponent's chin away from the choking arms. Can be applied from top or surprisingly from bottom positions.
