Description
A technique where the attacker grabs the opponent's head/neck and pulls it down forcefully while they sprawl or step back, causing the opponent to drop to their hands and knees or face. Often used to create scramble situations or set up front headlock positions.
Common Applications
Effective when opponent is leaning forward or pressuring in. Creates immediate scramble opportunities and can lead to front headlock control. Often used as counter to opponent's forward pressure or as setup for back takes. Can be combined with knee taps or other attacks.
